At the May 26 meeting the Smith County Commissioners signed a pit lease agreement covering the rock pit located at 110 Rd and N Rd. Commissioners also signed the project agreement for Project #092 C-5360-01, described in the minutes as the M Rd project between Highway 36 and 190 Rd.
