The Smith County Board of County Commissioners unanimously appointed two residents to county boards. Commissioner Brady Peterson moved to appoint Amy Slavik to the Public Building Commission; Commissioner Jim Gwennap seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. Peterson also moved to appoint Sharon Kattenberg to the Central Kansas Library System board; Gwennap seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
