John Williams, co-chair of the Oregon Cattlemen's Association Wolf Committee, told Jackson County commissioners on June 4 that agency findings and scientific evidence point to delisting the gray wolf and returning management to the states. "The agency says it should be delisted. The science says it should be delisted, and everybody says turn it back to the states," Williams said.
