Board approves four conditional-use permits in St. Louis
The St. Louis Board of Public Service voted unanimously Sept. 1 to approve four conditional-use permits with conditions for properties on South Grand, Clayton, Cherokee and Delmar, following a staff recommendation from the building commissioner’s office.
