The board voted to authorize the Superintendent to restructure the district's Time Warrant Note, Series 2024, and the Maintenance Tax Note, Series 2024, shifting each note's payment date from June to December. The superintendent said the change would "assist with cash flow and allow the payments to be included in the next fiscal year budget," and trustees approved both actions by 4–2 votes.
