Molalla River bond project moves into construction after December permit approval
Consultants told the Bond Oversight Committee the district received a building permit in December and construction is underway: footings are poured and initial plumbing inspected; right-of-way work is planned for late spring or early summer ahead of a planned September 2027 school opening.
