Tipton County adopted a resolution to exclude future part-time employees from the political subdivision’s participation in the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS), citing Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 8-35-219. Commissioner Brett A. Giannini moved the resolution and Commissioner Rusty Wooten seconded; the resolution was approved on voice vote and recorded as Resolution No. 26/05/535.
