The Committee on Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions voted to close the file on Communication 904 at its meeting in the Kona Chambers on Aug. 4. Chair Heather L. Kimball called for the vote; the clerk recorded six ayes and reported that Councilmembers Inaba, Kirchowitz and Galimba were absent.
