Council updates marijuana testing standards and OKs Acrelabs testing facility
The Board amended zoning standards related to marijuana testing facilities (Bill 26-38 became Ordinance No. 4648) and approved a Special Use Permit for Acrelabs Missouri, LLC at 1636 Headland Drive (Bill 26-39, Ordinance No. 4649). Both items received Planning & Zoning support and passed unanimously.

Alderman Harrell introduced Bill 26-38 to amend Section 430.720 of the zoning code concerning standards for marijuana testing facilities; the Board waived rules and enacted the ordinance (Ordinance No. 4648). Separately, the Board enacted Bill 26-39 to approve a Special Use Permit for Acrelabs Missouri, LLC to operate a marijuana testing facility at 1636 Headland Drive; the ordinance will be No. 4649 after mayoral signature.
