Charlie Krebs reported the submittal package for the Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations is ready for Village of Estero review once Bowman/contract checks are processed; the Memorial Day holiday delayed processing. Staff received South Florida Water Management District approval for drainage repairs and scheduled a virtual pre-construction meeting with SFWMD and Village officials for June 1, 2026.
