Highway Engineer reported that the contractor on SAP 045-660-005 Middle River Box Culvert completed the work per plans and specifications at a total project cost of $287,151.35. The engineer’s final certificate showed a remaining balance due of $16,519.77; the board authorized the county auditor to issue a warrant in that amount to Davidson Construction, Inc. (M/S/C Bring, Kiesow, 5-0).
