The council adopted Ordinance 6-2024 on Dec. 4 to authorize issuance and sale of up to $1,141,000 in General Obligation Bond Anticipation Notes (BANs) to provide interim financing for repairs, upgrades or replacement of sanitary sewer pumping stations and other public improvements. The notes are to be issued under Section 19-212 of the Local Government Article and Section 612 of the Town Charter.
