The Select Board reviewed grader maintenance, summer road work scheduling and Cross Road repair needs; it accepted an MOU with West Rutland and approved purchase of one load (~22 tons) of winter salt.

The Select Board reviewed several highway items at the July 28 meeting, including a grader that had water in its filter (Tim Carter changed the filter), summer roadwork scheduling (Alden Hewitt will finish by October and will be away at the end of September), and materials needed for Cross Road (mat, seed and riprap) that must be obtained and work completed in August so paperwork can be submitted.
