County Engineer Mr. Kinser walked the commission through several ongoing public-works and private development sites. He reported the cul-de-sac and connecting road work in Progress Park is nearing inspection and stabilization, the railroad ties at the park had been replaced, and that VDOT’s road-connection work is progressing and expected to continue into next year.
