River Ridge advances gatehouse renovation bid process, discusses double‑gate traffic concerns

Charlie Krebs, the district’s engineer, said the application for Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations was sent to the Village of Estero and that Bowman issued checks related to the application. He said draft bid document language was sent to District Counsel and to the District Manager and that, upon counsel approval, a public advertisement for sealed bids will be published and a submission deadline set.
