On a unanimous vote, Mount Penn Borough Council approved negotiating parameters for a potential conveyance leaseback with the Mount Penn Borough Municipal Authority and authorized borough staff and the solicitor to continue negotiations. Borough Manager Hunter L. Ahrens and Solicitor Tom Klonis presented the parameters, which had been developed after meetings with authority representatives.
