Contractor offers three-year maintenance plan for town sewer system

During the Feb. 12 workshop Chris of Livingston Septic suggested the council adopt a yearly maintenance plan that divides the town into sections so jetting and vacuuming occur on a three-year rotation. The contractor told the council it would be willing to sign a three-year contract to perform the work and to install liners for lines the council approved.
