Pat, the Adams County extension director, presented the department’s proposed budget and said staff worked to keep the plan at a net zero increase. Pat said the only anticipated increase stems from the county’s contract with the University of Wisconsin Division of Extension, which funds roughly 0.5 FTE of educators and rose by about 2%.
