The Select Board voted unanimously to accept Enman Kesselring’s bid to complete an engineering study for Winhall Hollow Road after conducting contractor interviews in executive session. The board had reviewed bids from Enman Kesselring ($60,095), MSK ($48,915) and Otter Creek ($46,700) and then adjusted the Enman Kesselring award to exclude services that will not be used.
