Mayor Fullerton raised concerns during closing remarks that one-on-one meetings between the City Manager, department heads and individual council members were not an adequate substitute for a full Council presentation on the tabled Enterprise fleet management program. He asked that the item be discussed publicly with the full Council before reconsideration in October.
