The board approved an interim use permit allowing short-term rentals on a 33-acre parcel in Springvale Township owned by Ken and Chelsea Sands, subject to 19 conditions and five supporting findings recommended by the planning commission. The permit allows stays of up to 30 days and, if owners add two bedrooms as requested, a maximum occupancy of 14 people.
