Charles Neninger, the county IT manager, presented the results of a year-long vendor review for the county's cloud phone system and recommended RingCentral as the best-value vendor to meet the county's needs. Neninger said RingCentral offered robust functionality at the lowest cost of the finalists and that ETCOG would serve as the county's agent to distribute and support the RingCentral deployment.
