The Pinellas County Board of Adjustment and Appeals approved a variance on Sept. 2 to allow an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 1548 Illinois Ave in Palm Harbor to sit about 4.78 feet from the side-street property line where 10 feet is required.
