Commission staff told the commission that Green Dot Transportation Solutions went out of business and that consultant Jeff Schwinn (who previously worked under Green Dot) moved to Alta Planning and Design. Staff recommended Alta assume the remaining active‑transportation contract to avoid delays in public outreach and project delivery.
