The Morgan County Board approved Resolution 2025 BCC 20 on May 6, 2025, delegating authority to the Director of the Department of Human Services to execute contracts needed to operate the department. The resolution preserves the Board’s oversight role for any contracts that state or federal law requires the Board or Board of Social Services to approve.
