The Assembly approved a fee proposal from CRW Engineering Group for engineering and architectural services to upgrade the Skagway Recreation Center HVAC system, with a not-to-exceed amount of $303,021. The motion, moved by Potter and seconded by Hillis, passed by roll call 5–0.
