Town Administrator Erin Braband presented a staff list of items to include in the grass-cutting and landscape RFP, asking for Town Hall services and leaf removal at all town properties. President Newnam requested increasing mulching to twice a year and adding an alternate bid item that would let contractors include a materials price or let the Town supply materials.
