The Henry County Park Board voted to allow the disc‑golf course at Memorial Park to open subject to several conditions and an expedited review of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) governing the project. Committee member (speaker 4) moved the motion to permit opening while requiring ropes and other protections in sensitive areas and a review of bylaws to add an environmental adviser; the motion was seconded by Committee member (speaker 5) and approved by voice vote.
