Christine Green spoke to the Town Board on behalf of Allen's Hill Library (A7410.4), saying the library "continue[s] to expand programming and have some exciting events coming in 2025" and requested an increase from last year's $20,200 to $25,200 to support those plans and to revamp a bathroom to add a changing table.
