Supervisor reports masterplan progress, NRCS contractor award and FEMA challenge
Supervisor Daryl Marshall updated the board that Masterplan Phase 1 should wrap up by Nov. 15 (weather permitting), NRCS work has been awarded to a contractor with a meeting Oct. 29, and the town has sent notice to FEMA challenging the new FIRM map.

Supervisor Daryl Marshall provided a multi-item project update. He said "Phase 1 – Should be wrapping up by November 15th, depending on weather," and that Phase 2 work by MRB was finalizing an emergency permit; Phase 3 work is ongoing. He also reported NRCS work has been awarded to a contractor and the town scheduled an Oct. 29 meeting to review the process and timeline.
