The Public Works Committee on Aug. 27 authorized the chairman to sign a professional services contract, under General Municipal Law §104(b), with Five Star Equipment of Rochester for labor and repairs to equipment #41 — a 2006 John Deere Loader (model 624J) — in an amount not to exceed $8,253.24, effective Aug. 27, 2026.
