Council approves first reading to reduce setbacks in Tower Center PUD
On first reading the council approved an amendment to the Tower Center PUD that reduces front and side setbacks in two mixed-use parcels from 10 feet to 5 feet to create a more pedestrian-scaled street and narrower sidewalks; staff said building sizes will not change and planning commission unanimously recommended approval.

The council held a first reading and approved Ordinance No. 10, Series 2026, which amends the Tower Center planned unit development (PUD) to reduce the front and side setback in two mixed-use parcels from 10 feet to 5 feet.
