The Meriwether County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 31, 2026, voted to adopt the countyand fire-related rollback millage rates for 2026 after a staff presentation and a public hearing that drew no speakers. Chair (Speaker 1) moved to adopt the proposed rates and the motion carried by voice vote.
