Chairman Kurt Ifland and Road & Bridge Supervisor Travis Story led a detailed review of local maintenance priorities during the Smith County Commissioners’ Aug. 3 meeting. Story listed specific segments flagged for work, including 80 Rd between F Rd and G Rd, J Rd between Highway 9 and 180 Rd, W Rd between 300 Rd and 270 Rd, and 280 Rd between W Rd and U Rd. He also noted attention was needed for a culvert on 110 Rd between N Rd and O Rd and maintenance on X Rd between 180 Rd and 190 Rd.
