The full story

Developers presented a sketch plan to the Planning Commission for 133, 135 and 137 E. Lancaster Ave proposing 17 residential condominium units behind existing commercial storefronts. The application envisions demolishing about 4,000 square feet of existing garages and constructing a six‑story building (five stories of residential above a single parking level) that would contain 17 two‑bedroom units and a penthouse with three or four bedrooms and an office area. The plan includes a green (vegetative) roof overlooking Mill Alley and the option to include ground‑floor commercial space.
