Secretary Jerrica Grance briefed council on a General Code proposal to codify the borough’s ordinances, zoning book, floodplain ordinance and SALDO, including an eCode option to make the code available online. The proposal total was $17,900, with a payment schedule recorded as 20% at contract signing, 20% at 80 days, and 30% within 180 days of receipt of responses to the organizational analysis.
