Secretary Jerrica Grance presented General Code's codification quote with two financing options. Option 1 would be payments of $8,000 in 2025, $5,000 in 2026 and $5,000 in 2027; Option 2 would be $5,000 in 2025, $10,000 in 2026 and $3,000 in 2027. Council approved proceeding with Option 1 (motion moved by Nicole Estep, second Jeffery Lynn).
