Planning Commission members reviewed a revised Toth Subdivision Plan and an HRG, Inc. engineer letter. Motion by Leo Rosenbauer recommended acceptance and a wrap-around modification so an existing barn could remain within a proposed 50-foot building line setback; the P.C. recommended approval contingent on a submitted modification form and a $40 application fee.
