Planning commission approves Jones/Shaw/Benzinger plan with notation limiting future subdivision
The Planning Commission approved the Jones/Shaw/Benzinger subdivision plan as it pertains to Jefferson Township, contingent on a notation that the 81.43-acre Benzinger parcel cannot be subdivided without meeting specific code requirements (§22-802.D(2)(c), §22-902.3, §22-903.8). Supervisor John Cypher moved to approve; the motion carried.

Manager Leo Rosenbauer reported the Planning Commission reviewed the Jones/Shaw/Benzinger subdivision plan and found that portions of the properties lie within Winfield Township while an 81.43-acre Benzinger parcel lies primarily in Jefferson Township and is accessed by only a 16-foot right-of-way from Keasey Road.
