The Cherokee County Zoning Board of Appeals voted 5–0 to approve a variance that reduces the side setback from 40 feet to 20 feet at 620 Darby Road to allow a planned 8-foot addition (sunroom and pantry) and bring an existing nonconforming structure into compliance.
