Land Use Committee votes to move into executive session on probable litigation
The committee approved a motion and, by roll call, voted unanimously to enter executive session under the Illinois Open Meetings Act exemption for probable or imminent litigation.

Near the end of the Sept. 2 meeting, Chair Doug Stockley moved that the Land Use Committee enter executive session under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11) to discuss probable or imminent litigation; the motion was seconded and the committee conducted a roll call vote with all members voting aye. The committee then recessed into executive session.
