A court member introduced three proposed projects to receive county opioid-settlement funds, saying each award would be governed by a separate memorandum of agreement (MOA) and reimbursed as receipts were submitted. The awards listed in the packet were: Breaking Chains, $12,000; My Father's House, $12,000; and $4,000 for a Cabinet for Health and Family Services charge to support drug testing.
