Commission allows Blessed Day Academy to open daycare now while traffic update and driveway details are completed

Liliana Geary, representing Blessed Day Academy, asked the board to modify a condition that required immediate installation of school-zone pedestrian flashers and to allow phased compliance matched to current enrollment. Geary said consultants determined the previously required traffic study remained sufficient for current enrollment and asked for a proportional approach to the flasher requirement.
