The planning commission approved a conditional-use permit (COCU26-0011) to allow an accessory dwelling unit at 22875 South Rocheford Road for Stage Stop Properties (Ron Conrad). Senior Planner Cody Sachs told the commission the 1900-era homestead structure is under 700 square feet and the owner is restoring it to residence status after it previously lost nonconforming residential status.
