The Jackson County Board of Supervisors approved multiple road and right-of-way items presented by Engineer Jayden Scheckel. The Board authorized a public right-of-way agreement with Tom & Beth McNeil for property at 2705 446th Ave in Preston; approved a residential entrance permit for Sydney Cornilsen in section 28 of Van Buren Township on 446th Ave; and approved a utility right-of-way permit allowing Black Hills Energy to bore a natural-gas line under the road to serve 2705 446th Ave. Each motion passed with recorded votes Aye: Schwenker, Steines, Flagel.
