Lancaster County clears Title VI plan update for rural transit
Lancaster County Public Rural Transit presented a Title VI plan amendment requested by state and federal agencies; staff said the plan does not alter services and the board approved it unanimously.

Mitch Sump, a representative of Lancaster County Public Rural Transit, told commissioners the Nebraska Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit Administration requested review of the county's Title VI plan and that the document now before the board raised no service changes.
