The Joint Facilities Oversight Committee voted unanimously on May 14, 2026 to authorize the JFOC Manager to commission an engineer's report to determine the scope, costs and design options for a potential expansion of the regional wastewater treatment facility. Art Ferrari moved and Julie White seconded adoption of Resolution No. 2026-05-01, which the minutes record as "authorizing the JFOC Manager to have prepared an engineer's report regarding the expansion of the joint facilities."
