Cecil County Council confirms several board appointments, votes unanimous among present members
The council confirmed four resolutions, approving reappointments and new appointments to county boards including the Department of Social Services Board, Commission for Women, Board of Parks and Recreation and Building Board of Appeals; each vote recorded three ayes and two absences.
