Committee OKs transfer to DA’s traffic diversion fund and agreement with Astor D. Rice Foundation

The Broome County Public Safety & Emergency Services Committee on Nov. 10 voted to transfer funds from the Office of the District Attorney’s Traffic Diversion Reserve into the DA’s operating budget and to authorize an agreement with the Astor D. Rice Foundation to provide funding for 2025–2026. The resolution was recorded as carried, Ayes-5, Nays-0.
