Eric Long and District Engineer Charlie Krebs told the board they will start the permitting process this month for the Pelican Sound gatehouse renovation project and will coordinate with RG Architects to provide clean building elevations for the application. Mr. Krebs noted the Village of Estero provided the application package and staff will work on the submission.
